Audra has spent over sixteen years in the commercial real estate industry as a paralegal focusing on property management and has extensive experience negotiating leases and lease-related documents.

Prior to joining Hackney Real Estate Services, Audra was a Senior Paralegal in the Property Law Administration department of Darden Restaurants, Inc. where she supported Darden’s portfolio of over 1,800 restaurants. Her responsibilities included lease abstraction, supporting property acquisitions and dispositions, negotiating and drafting lease related documents. She also supported the Asset Management, Real Estate Accounting, Tax and Facilities departments in their efforts to resolve disputes and anticipate issues that arose in connection with Darden’s real property assets.

Audra started her career with The Gap, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant and progressed through the ranks to become a Senior Legal Assistant in the Real Estate Law department. Through her years at The Gap, Audra was able to build expertise in Lease Administration and has extensive experience in lease analysis, lease audits, reporting and problem solving. Audra also functioned as the onboarding trainer in the Real Estate Law department for all new employees and, in this capacity, created and maintained all procedure manuals.

Audra graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
